Sustainable is a major buzz word these days, but what does it mean? Chef Alyson Zildjian from Zildjian Catering gave us a taste and tips of cooking sustainably, and Andrea Cheney told us about a great event where you can learn this eco lifestyle. The Sustainable Buzz event takes place on Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m. at the Riverwalk park in front of the Straz Center. For more information go to sustany.org/the-sustainable-buzz.
